Crochet hat~~(1st try!)

Made a crochet hat as a Christmas Gift for myself, took me 2 months.
(I'm not working on it everyday~~~heheh >.<" )
Always feel amazing whenever I look back : How can a string became a hat?

I got the string a year before when I was in Thailand doing mission.
Found out that's a cool color that matching my style, so, I just brought it and promised myself
One day I will make a hat, a scarf, a sweater, or even a decoration with this string!!!!!

I got a lecturer who is good in crochet, so I begged her to teach me
learn it from her every time after class, and this last for 1 month

有一个老师很会针织,所以我请求了她教我
就这样,每天上完她的课后,我都会跟着她学,就这样维持了一个月
Anyway,I learnt a lot, I mean from knowing nothing about crochet until now finished a hat
heheheheheheh
Will continue try out some other crochet technique, and we will see!!!!!
Have a nice day!
XOXO

不管怎样,我学到了很多,我是说从什么是针织,到现在自己完成了一个毛帽
嘿嘿嘿
会继续尝试新的技术,再来瞧瞧吧!!!!!
祝你有个美好的一天!

Homemade Oreo Balls!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a lazy girl, I mean....when comes to cooking....(I'm really bad in that!!!)
>.<"
This year Christmas I told myself I would like to try something special,
so I decided to make some dessert as a present for my friends,
so this is an simple dessert, without using any oven or require any special cooking skill
hehehehehe
COOL huh?! That's just suit my style~

Ingredients:
453.59g Oreo cookies, crushed
226.79g Cream cheese, softened
680.38g white chocolate bark
Yield: 25
(doesn't need to follow the "g" just try out and see what comes the best! ^^)

Direction:
1. Take away the cream in the middle of oreo cookies.
2. Using a blender or hand held mixer, mix oreo and cream cheese together.
3. Roll into walnut size balls. (Cream cheese are helping them to stick together.)
4. Add some Oreo cream. (The one which you took away from Oreo cookies.)
so that it wont taste too salty or too sweet, but is all up to yourself.
5. Leave it for half an hour or more. (As long as they are dryer instead of oily.)
6. Melt white chocolate bark.
( You can melt it 1/4, or melt them separately, just in case it get harden quickly.)
7. Stick a toothpick in an oreo ball or using chopstick to dip it in the melted white chocolate bark.
8. Let it dry on wax paper for few minutes.
(You can dip it few times so that they look good, and will not easily melt,I dipped for 3 times.)
9. When they are no longer sticky to touch, melt some dark chocolate bark for decoration.
(Use a sandwich bag with a tiny hole cut in one corner to drizzle the dark chocolate bark)
10. You can now put them into refrigerator, or start packing them as a gift!!!
Hope you love it!
XOXO
